Mr. Drummond founded C Solutions in 2005 and serves as President for the company where he is responsible for the strategic planning and overall management for the firm. He has over 22 years of engineering design experience on water and wastewater infrastructure projects for clients in South Florida.
Mark has served as chair of the Distribution Committee for AWWA and as chair of the International Committee for FWEA. Presently he serves as an Officer on the Session for Rio Vista Community Church and is active in serving the South Florida Community in which he lives.
Mr. Drummond is a registered Professional Engineer in Florida and Jamaica. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Minor in International Relations from Florida International University.

Mr. Hill serves as the Chief Quality Control Officer for the company and is responsible for overseeing the firm’s quality control for the design of water and wastewater infrastructure projects. Mr. Hill has over 52 years of experience with expertise in all phases of the planning, design, and construction management for municipal water and wastewater facilities totaling over $750 million.
Prior to his present position, John founded his own engineering firm in 2003 and spent 19 years with HNTB and 18 years with Camp Dresser & Mckee where he served as the Lead Design Engineer for the Southeastern United States.

Mr. Dannelly serves as the Chief Financial Officer for the company and is responsible for guiding the firm’s financial operations and establishing internal controls and infrastructures to maintain audit compliance.
Sean is a certified public accountant and proudly served as a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps. He presently serves on the Board and Executive Committee of Leadership Broward Foundation (Immediate Past Chair); Lifework Leadership Planning Committee; and Lauderdale Yacht Club Finance Committee.
Mr. Dannelly is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting from the University of Florida.
