17.5mgd Sodium Hypochlorite Facility

The City of Riviera Beach desired to change the existing gaseous disinfection system to liquid sodium hypochlorite due to potential safety concerns.  C Solutions provided the planning and design of a new 17.5mgd Sodium Hypochlorite Disinfection Facilities to switch from the current chlorine gas facilities.
The facilities included new: chemical feed pumps and storage tanks, MCC and electrical equipment; chemical piping, valves and appurtenances; flow meters for chemical control; and recarbonation system for pH control.

12mgd Aguadulce Surface Water Treatment Plant

Aguadulce, Republic of Panama

C Solutions provided the planning and design of a new 12mgd surface water treatment plant to supply water for the District of Aguadulce.  The design included a new raw water intake, raw water supply system, 12mgd surface water treatment plant, finished water storage tanks and high service pump station to serve 50 cities/towns through approximately 200km of water transmission pipelines.

Packed Tower Scrubber Rehabilitation

Riviera Beach, FL

C Solutions Inc. performed the evaluation of the fouled packed tower aerators at the 17.5mgd Water Treatment Plant and prepared design criteria for the recommended improvements and rehabilitation of the aeration system.
